Since 2019, there’s been a bunch of scholarly articles that are related to hair removal--from devices, methods, to the success rate of each methods. These results just go to show that hair is a pretty worthy topic to talk about especially its removal methods.  For centuries, individuals have looked into the removal of this pretty auxiliary body part. In fact, the data suggests that in ancient Egypt, women learned to use beeswax to remove hair and threading was discovered to have started around the time of Qajar dynasty between (1785-1925). Fast forward to the 20th century and here we are comparing these two methods of hair removal. In this article, we’re going to look into what each hair removal methods are, their differences and similarities, and which hair removal method is the best for you. So, if this is something that you’ve always been curious about, keep on scrolling! What is Waxing? Waxing is an epilating hair removal method that employs the use of hot or cold wax and put on the skin. In this practice, the wax will stick to the hair and once the technician pulls the waxing sheet, you’ll be able to see that the hair has been removed from its roots.
